“For over 75 years, our family has hunted rocks and fossils. The last 20 years my son, Jeremy, and I have explored multiple fossil sites throughout the United States, accumulating thousands of specimens. In 2025 we created a non-profit organization to display the fossils and named it The Griffith Fossil Museum. Its sole purpose is to share our family’s love for fossils and the stories they tell through exhibits, education, and hands-on experiences for kids and adults. We work with schools, teachers, and students, coordinating our displays and lectures with their curriculum. We do this without a fee. We simply want the opportunity to encourage others to discover the past through the adventure of fossil collecting.” - Kevin Griffith
